Q How long does it take to get started?

A A simple messaging service can be set up in about 1 hour, you pay a first month fee and give us all the information about your business and we give you a phone number to divert to. Appointment booking takes a little longer – all your existing appointments need to be entered into the diary – but we could be up and running in just a couple of days!

Q What are your opening hours?

A We are open from 8.00  until 18.00  Monday to  Friday. We operate a skeleton messaging service on Saturday from 9.00 to 11.00am.

Q What about data protection?

A We are registered with the data protection agency; we don’t take any confidential information from clients, just a name, telephone number and in some cases an address. We take confidentiality very seriously; we would never discuss a client or client’s contact or customer outside the office environment.

Q Do I need an internet connection?

A To use a diary you will need to be able to access the internet. For a messaging service you could manage with a text message sent direct to your phone. Today’s new mobile technology such as smartphones, iPhones and BlackBerrys make these types of operations easy!

Q Do I need to divert my calls all the time?

A No. You are in control: You can pick calls up yourself if you are not busy, and then switch back to us when you are.

Q What happens if my call doesn’t get picked up straightaway?

A During office hours we aim to pick up every call within 30 seconds. If we do miss a call it will go through to a personal voicemail for your business. We will then call your client back at no charge to you.
